This website (the "Site") offers information, products, and services related to real estate (the "Services") that we, Tara Gerber, provides. We operate this website and may use third-party contractors to support the delivery of the Services and the Site ("Service Providers").

Social media information: We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with these pages, the platform providers' privacy policies will apply to your interactions and their collection, use, and processing of your personal information.

Data enrichment sources: We may obtain additional information about you from third-party data providers, including property records and public records databases, demographic and behavioral data providers, social media profile information (where publicly available), and other commercially available data sources.

Other sources: We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as third-party analytics services, marketing partners, publicly-available sources, and data providers.

CRM and Communication Data

AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness, but may contain errors or inaccuracies. 4. How We Share Your Personal Information

We do not "sell" any personal information (as defined under applicable laws), but we may share your personal information with: our internal team, partners, and affiliates; our Service Providers (companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf); professional advisors; and as required for compliance, fraud prevention, and safety purposes.

We may share your personal information in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy or dissolution.

Other than as set forth herein, data will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We will never disclose any personal information such as phone numbers and SMS consent with any third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Contact information and communication records are generally retained for the duration of our relationship with you and for a reasonable period thereafter. When personal information is no longer necessary, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

The Site and Services may contain links to websites and other online services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation that we are affiliated with, any third party. We do not control websites or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.

10. Security

We employ a number of technical, organizational, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

11. SMS Text Messaging Terms of Use

Tara Gerber uses SMS Text Messaging to confirm appointments, send reminders, notify clients of schedule updates, and for marketing and promotional purposes including new listing alerts, price reduction notifications, and real estate market updates.

  • Unsubscribing: Text "STOP" at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
  • Assistance: Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact support@luxurypresence.com.
  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on this website.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA") permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your Personal Data. California residents have the following rights:

  • Requests to Delete or Correct: You have the right to request that we delete or correct any Personal Data we have collected about you.

  • Selling and Sharing: We do not "sell" Personal Data as defined under the CCPA.
